Vermont Young Writers' Conference

You are cordially invited to attend a weekend of virtual writing workshops, craft sessions, and open mic at the Vermont Young Writers' Conference, June 24-27, 2021. Now in our twenty-first year, our doors are open to high school students who wish to share their passion for story, drama, and song with their writerly brothers and sisters—and with celebrated New England authors. We offer three days of virtual readings, improv, Moth storytelling, poetry slams, literary jazz/blues fusion, and extended friendship from our stronghold on Summer's Gale Farm, a 100 acre organic farm & learning center located in Leicester, Vermont.
Rolling Admissions: Early applications are encouraged, and we will consider work on a first-come, first-served basis. You can expect to receive a confirmation email within five days of the receipt of your submission.
A conference fee of $285 is due upon acceptance.
